Our core application has been originally developed as a partnership between the UCSD Global TIES program and the Tijuana Red Cross. Our work has been covered in the news and, since January 2019, it’s been deployed on the Red Cross ambulances in Tijuana and at the C4 dispatching center, Baja California’s 911 service.
Since our beginnings, we have focused on providing a low-cost yet modern managing system for emergency services, including tracking of ambulances and equipment, dispatching and call tracking, and algorithms for advanced data visualization and analytics.
